I’m not pulling a Scoble here, not even close to that, I’m just providing the feed that allows me to stay inform and know what’s new in the world of ASP.NET. This is how every day for 10 minutes I can scan and find out the wonders of news in our big geek world of ASP.NET and related technologies. This is not a secret, every person has their resources and feeds, these ones are mine and if you are not reading them, you may miss something pretty important.

The shocking part of my ASP.NET feed is that I will only provide 3 feeds, no more than that. If every day I can read those 3 feeds I consider myself informed. After so many years I started cutting the noise and I keep the important feeds that will provide me with all I need. Of course I do have another 50 feeds that I may scan once in a while, but by systematically reading these 3 feeds I can make sure I’m in the loop on what’s happening in my field.

The ASP.NET Community, if you don’t read it and you are reading my blog, you should be confused, the big guys are syndicated here:

http://weblogs.asp.net/communityblogs/rss.aspx

ASP.NET in the GIS world: http://serverx.esri.com/ESRIBlogs/blogs/arcgisserver/rss.aspx

Scott’s feed for all news in ASP.NET

http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/rss.aspx

How do you keep yourself on the loop about the technology you are working on? Do you buy books? Subscribe to magazines? Do you use RSS as well or google the stuff that you want? Do you check the forums?

I’m sure somebody out there has a better system than mine, I’m known to be a very disorganize person. Let me know your system.

Cheers

Al
